Recently, the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee announced the list of candidates for the 2022 "Macao Young Scholars Program". Wang Chao, a young teacher from our institute, was among them and became the first young scholar in our institute to be selected for the program. From February 2023 to January 2025, I will go to the research group of Professor FUNG Man-Keung and Academician LEE Shuit-Tong of Macau University of Science and Technology to conduct research on the design and preparation of perovskite nanomaterials.
The "Macao Young Scholars Program" was jointly implemented by the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the Macau Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology in November 2018. In 2022, the "Macao Young Scholars Program" will sponsor a total of 25 people in universities across the country. The selected young scholars will receive a two-year subsidy with a funding of 360,000 CNY & 420,000 MOP per person.
